Easy cordless dot peen marking machine - Connect.series

After 5 years of development, Technomark introduces Connect.series, the first range of micro-percussion machines (deformation of the material in hollows, thanks to a succession of impacts which form the permanent marking) which offers wireless communication between the marking head and the controller via a secure WiFi protocol. This range has an international patent pending.

The first model in this range is Easy, designed for mobile use. Indeed, the wireless communication allows you to benefit from a 10m radius around the control unit to make your markings in total freedom! Moreover, its lightness and its handle in line with the marking head allow you to use it at 360° and therefore to mark heavy and bulky parts, sometimes difficult to access. Its OLED display shows you real-time network coverage, battery charge and the current marking file, even from a distance from the controller. It is also possible to personalise some of this information if you wish. This head is available in two window sizes: 120*60mm and 60*30mm.

The marking head also has a lithium ion battery that adapts to your marking intensity thanks to its intelligent energy management.

You can therefore work in 100% battery, 100% electric or in rechargeable hybrid, ensuring that you do not stop your production in progress, even if the battery level is low. The battery also has a monitoring system called "BMS" (Battery Monitoring System) that provides real-time information on the life of the battery, the health of the battery and the number of markings remaining.

For its new range of micro-percussion machines, Technomark has developed a multifunctional support foot that allows, Thanks to its various accessories (magnets, centring V and cap), it is possible to make markings on small and large cylinders as well as at the end of the bar, but also to ensure that the head is held on the parts to be marked. To best suit your needs, you also have the option of customising the support leg of the 120 machine.

The marking head is supplied with a storage dock that serves as a support, but also allows you to maintain your machine by checking the length of your springs and the sharpening angle of your styli.

Like all Technomark machines, Easy has the IDI (Intelligent Driving Impact) function which guarantees the quality of the marking regardless of the differences in level between the piece and the stylus.

On the controller side, its large 10" touch screen and its intuitive software developed by Technomark allow you to create your marking files in a few clicks thanks to the graphic display of the text on the screen, while being connected to a network if necessary.

To best meet your needs, the controller has a dedicated software suite that allows you to perform logo marking, Datamatrix marking and other functions. Its customisable dashboard provides you with real-time information on the marking and the machine, to facilitate preventive maintenance.

The control unit has VESA 100 brackets that allow you to mount it on the support of your choice. In order to provide you with a complete marking solution and to meet your different needs, Technomark has also developed 3 supports:

• The controller light support that allows you to place your control unit on a workbench.


• The Advanced Controller Support, a more advanced solution that offers the ability to create a true marking area on a workbench, and accommodates the controller, as well as the head, regardless of the size of the marking window.


• The premium controller support, i.e. a floor workstation, which allows you to have your controller, a marking head and a 1D and 2D code reader in your marking area. Simply plug in the terminal to power all connected devices. This terminal also has two USB ports that can be used for the code reader but also for importing marking files.

Both the marking head and the controller are made of durable engineering plastic and protective bumpers, making Easy a robust marking device suitable for mobile use.

This machine can be used for many types of marking such as serial numbers, time stamps and 2D codes on various materials such as metals and plastics. It is therefore suitable for various sectors of activity such as aeronautics, automotive and medical.
