Dot peen marking machine Multi4 Combo

The Multi4 Combo is part of the Technomark range of marking machine. It uses micro-percussion technology, that is to say that it carries out a deformation of the material in hollow, thanks to a succession of impacts which forms the permanent marking.

It responds to a station use in order to mark pieces of all dimensions thanks to several window sizes (50*60, 120*60, 200*60). This machine allows you to make alphanumeric, Datamatrix or timestamp markings, individually or in large series.

The Multi4 Combo is a 2-in-1 machine that goes from an established to a portable configuration in less than 10 seconds. Its versatility allows you to save money since it combines all the advantages of the Multi4 Portable and the Multi4 Bench.

In established configuration, its ergonomic column base has been designed for easy marking. The quick height adjustment of the machine on the column, thanks to the quick shift function, allows you to adapt to the shape of your pieces. The optimal positioning of the head also offers you a great precision in the realization of your markings on small to medium size pieces.

To carry out markings on heavy and bulky pieces, indoors or outdoors, the operator can move easily with its machine in portable configuration. The controller is transportable thanks to its handle, and can be quickly reinstalled using its support foot.

The Multi 4 Combo is controlled by a compact control box with a color screen, designed for intuitive use and quick learning.  The controller is compatible with all the marking heads in the range. Its easy shift function helps you in the realization of your markings thanks to the display of moving text on the screen. In addition, many connectivity options (RD232, USB, Ethernet) are available to best suit your needs. The controller also has a large memory capacity to store a maximum number of files, and the multilingual software allows you to switch from one language to another in a few clicks from a total of 21 languages. Technomark also offers a software package dedicated to the Multi4 to allow you to go even further in your marking possibilities.

Like all the Multi4 range, the machine has the IDI function (Intelligent Driving Impact) which guarantees the quality of the marking whatever the differences in level between the piece and the stylus and monitors the machine in real time to prevent possible maintenance needs, stylus wear and various anomalies.
