Flexmark 2 in 1 dot peen marking machine

Flexmark Combo is part of Technomark’s marking machines range. It uses Dot Peen technology based on a depression in the material, through successive impacts that form the permanent marking.

This machine is for a bench use, to mark any size of workpieces. This machine can mark alphanumeric data, time stamps or logos on many materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminium, plastics…), on unities such as on big series.

This equipment is a 2in1 machine, the bench can be reconfigured into a hand-held gun machine in less than 10 seconds. As it combines every portable and bench machine’s advantages, the flexibility of this machine will let you economize. It has an aluminium reinforced structure to ensure a sturdiness, and thus, reduce the maintenance.

During bench configuration, its ergonomic column base was made to make simple markings. Its base has a storage space and measurements that represents the marking window (120x60 mm). Clamping tools can be quickly fixed on it. When it comes to the column, on the height it has a quick and precise settings system of the marking head, that is adaptable to the parts. The optimal head positioning offers you a large precision while marking small to medium parts.

To mark, heavy and cumbersome, big sized parts, outdoor or indoor, the operator can easily walk around with the machine and its portable configuration. Thanks to its handle, control box is easily transportable and can be quickly reinstalled with its holding foot. Head also has a double handle and a support foot to ensure an excellent support and a quality 

Flexmark Combo is operated thanks to a compact control box with a colored screen, made for an intuitive use and a quick taking in hand. The control box is compatible with every Flexmark marking head. The Easy Shift function helps you during your dot peen markings thanks to the moving text visualisation on the screen. Moreover, several connections (RD232, USB) are available in order to respond to your needs. Control box also has a high memory capacity to store as much files as possible, and a multilingual software that can switch from one language to another in a few clicks among 21 languages. Technomark also offers a software suite made for the Flexmark range to help you go further with your marking possibilities.

As Every Technomark dot peen machine, Flexmark Combo is equipped with IDI function (Intelligent Driving Impact) that ensure a marking quality regardless of the level differences between the part and the stylus.
