Elixir Aircraft, between record orders, future factory and hiring

The Le Bourget air show was prosperous for Elixir Aircraft, the specialist in light aircraft intended for pilot training, aircraft that consume little fuel and emit very little CO2.

The company based in La Rochelle, which has 110 employees, continues to develop.

Thanks to obtaining state aid of 13 million euros for these new generation aircraft, it will create a new 14,000 m² factory still on the airport site by 2025, a factory 4.0 to high environmental standards.

Additional space to ensure a production rate of 300 aircraft per year.

The company will also recruit massively to reach a thousand employees in the medium term.
