mbo Osswald combines three strategic approaches into a clear performance promise: a new raw materials stockpile acting as a production rate regulator upstream of machining, recently installed and commissioned photovoltaic systems, and the international slogan "Linking Technology | Smart Manufacturing." Together, they generate speed, reliability, and transparency—perceptible to industrial customers worldwide, from prototype to series production.

The 1000 m² raw materials warehouse is designed so that goods receiving, quality-assured storage, and decoupled delivery to the production lines are digitally integrated. Real-time stock levels, plannable picking windows, and early detection of bottlenecks reduce inventory in circulation, shorten production lead times, and improve on-time delivery.

In parallel, we installed and commissioned photovoltaic systems on several buildings. The locally produced electricity is, through our energy management system, directed straight to the production site, smoothing out peak loads and strengthening security of supply. This allows us to reduce CO2 emissions and stabilize energy costs – a gain in resilience that we pass on directly to our customers through reliable delivery times and competitive terms.
