In order to maintain its position as a key player in the market, Gautier has implemented a plan to modernize its processes and tools. In fact, its new, unprecedented "Batch One" make-to-order line enables the brand to better meet the expectations of its customers with a tailor-made offer, to reduce the production and delivery time of orders, but also reduce the manufacturing cost. The brand is therefore now able to shape a piece on demand, avoiding additional inventory management logistics. This new line cost Gautier €12 million. It will also allow it to gain in competitiveness and notoriety.
