31 - Airbus is going to open a new assembly line in Toulouse to increase its A320 production

The aircraft manufacturer Airbus wants to produce 75 A320 aircraft per month from 2025. To this end, two new production lines will therefore open in Toulouse and Mobile in Alabama. With a profit multiplied by three in the 1st quarter of 2022 and a turnover which jumped by 15% to reach 12 billion euros, the world number one in aeronautics is on the rise. Airbus will never have produced so many aircraft with the prospect of reaching the symbolic bar of 1,000 aircraft produced per year, all families combined. In 2025, Airbus is expected to release 900 A320 units per year.
