11 - Construction of two luxury goods production sites in Carcassonne

Algo produces high-end travel luggage and leather goods accessories, notably for Goyard, a flagship of French luxury. A first production site should open in 2023 in the ZAC de Béragne between Trèbes and Carcassonne with nearly 350 jobs. A project for a school providing training in the profession of leather goods saddler is also envisaged, in partnership with the region. The opening of a second production plant within 5 years will also lead to the creation of nearly 350 jobs.
