T32 digital temperature transmitter
They offer high precision, galvanic isolation and excellent protection against electromagnetic influences (EMI). Thanks to the HART® protocol, the T32 temperature transmitters are configurable (interoperability) with many configuration tools. In addition to individual sensors in accordance with DIN EN 60751, JIS C1606, DIN 43760, IEC 60584 or DIN 43710, it is also possible to define the characteristics of a customer-specific sensor by entering value pairs (defined linearization by the customer).
Thanks to the redundant configuration of a sensor (dual sensor), the sensor which works correctly will be switched over automatically in the event of a malfunction.
In addition, it is also possible to activate sensor drift detection. With this option, an error signal is issued when the magnitude of the difference between sensor 1 and sensor 2 exceeds the user-defined value.
The T32 transmitter also features additional sophisticated supervision function such as sensor cable resistance monitoring and sensor break detection according to NAMUR NE89 as well as span monitoring. In addition, this transmitter has integral cyclic self-monitoring capability.
The dimensions of the head-mounted transmitter correspond to DIN form B connection heads with increased mounting space, e.g. WIKA type BSS.
Rail mount transmitters can be used for all standard rack systems according to IEC 60715.
The transmitters are delivered with a basic configuration or configured according to the wishes of the customer.
