The JET FIVE family represents the maximum in terms of technology and dimensions within the range of MCM machining centers. Above all, it stands out for its wide availability of configurations, performance and chip removal capacity. JET FIVE models are suitable for the most demanding machining.

The JET FIVE series has been expressly developed to satisfy the most demanding machining operations on large parts. JET FIVE, like all MCM machines, is based on a constructive concept of a horizontal axis machining center that can be equipped with different types of spindle-holder heads for horizontal axis spindles, tilting heads and birotating heads. JET FIVE is highly customizable in terms of structure, installation layout, dynamic performance and level of automation.

JET FIVE can cope with the machining of a wide range of parts, both in hard materials (eg Inconel, titanium alloys) and in light materials (eg Aluminum, magnesium alloys).

All JET FIVE models can be included in flexible production systems (FMS) or in multi-pallet cells, entirely designed and produced by MCM.

All solutions are developed on a case-by-case basis, according to specific customer requirements, in order to optimize productivity and floor occupation in the workshop.
