MCM

MCM is a historic Italian company, leader in the design and manufacture of high performance machining centers. The range of machines offered by MCM is wide and able to satisfy the production requirements of all sectors of precision mechanics, for example: aerospace, automotive, oil hydraulics and energy. Thanks to their high level of configurability, modularity of construction and flexibility of operation, MCM machines have historically been used by both subcontracting companies and large OEMs. MCM machining centers all have a horizontal spindle, 4 or 5 axes, the possibility of technological multitasking (milling, vertical turning, grinding, power skiving), automation for machining management (multi -carousel pallet and FMS), flexibility of installation (position of the CN on the right or on the left, tool magazine on a "rack" in X or Z, adjustable chip conveyor in X or Z). The range includes four models: Clock (whose new “EVO” version was recently presented), Tank, Tank.G, Jet Five. Clock EVO represents the new industrial state of the art for the machining operations of medium and small parts (X axis from 800 to 1,200 mm); in the 5-axis version, the platform is tiltable. Tank, best seller of the MCM brand, has an X axis from 1300 to 1900 mm and a tilting head for the 5 axes. Its Tank.G evolution, optimized for multitasking, reaches a stroke of 3000 mm in X. Finally, JetFive represents an extremely customizable model, suitable for machining large components (X axis >3000), also available with motors linear and bi-rotating heads. MCM produces its machines entirely in Italy. In its establishment, it designs and assembles the fundamental elements of its machines such as, for example, the spindles (available up to 30,000 revolutions or a torque of 1,300 Nm), the tilting heads and the plates, but also the software for supervision of production, diagnostic and predictive maintenance systems (jFMX and jFRX). MCM founded its subsidiary MCM FRANCE, based in Savigny sur Orge, in 1987 providing after-sales service on French territory, a historic market, a historic market and the first in importance after Italy.
