CPC4000 industrial pressure controller
The CPC4000 industrial pressure controller offers a wide pressure range of -1...210 bar (-15...3045 psi). This instrument is available in table version or in 19'' rack version with mounting kit. It can have up to two reference pressure sensors and an optional barometer to display barometric pressure or be used to emulate relative or absolute pressure.
Since the controller offers an uncertainty of up to 0.02% IS-50, and controls pressure with high stability, it is particularly suitable as a production tool for the manufacture of transmitters, as a calibration and maintenance tool for pressure measurement, or as a working standard for calibrating any type of pressure measuring instrument. Optional contamination prevention accessories such as coalescing filters, relief valves and purge valves make the CPC4000 an ideal solution in oil and gas plants.
Great ease of use is achieved thanks to the touch screen and the simple and intuitive menu navigation. In addition, its efficiency is increased thanks to a large choice of languages. The instrument can have up to two internal pressure sensors and the measuring ranges for each reference pressure sensor are determined by the customer within the allowable range.
Depending on the application, the operator can choose between three setpoint methods:
- Direct entry of the pressure value (setpoint) which will be controlled by the touch screen keyboard.
- Definition of steps to reach the desired pressure value either by defined fixed pressure increments or by a value in percentage of the range.
- User-defined test sequences via external software, such as WIKA-CAL, or interface commands.
