Three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner for combustible dust DGVL150SE ACD
Pharaon presents the DGVL150SE ACD, a three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner.
It is designed for the extraction of combustible dust in non-ATEX classified areas where the presence of combustible or toxic dust in small quantities remains a concern.
It is ideal for use in the wood, construction, food and aeronautics industries.
It is suitable for continuous use thanks to its 15 kW three-phase side channel turbine. It provides a vacuum of 6,000 mmH²O and an air flow of 720 m3/h.
This device includes a double filtration system.
A primary filter with antistatic polyester bags of class M1µ, providing a filtering surface of 70,000 cm².
And a second absolute HEPA H14 filter, ensuring a filtering surface of 103,500 cm², ensuring an efficiency of 99.995% on particles down to 0.18µ.
It is also equipped with a semi-automatic unclogging system, using a pneumatic cylinder. This system allows the filters to be cleaned efficiently, thus ensuring constant suction performance over the long term and thus preserving the life of the filters.
The DGVL150SE ACD is equipped with a 160-litre collection tank. This is removable and mounted on casters to facilitate emptying operations for operators.
Its epoxy-painted steel structure, its multidirectional industrial-grade wheels, and its forklift sockets make it a robust and mobile device.
