Industrial vacuum cleaner for dirty liquids TC220IF
Pharaon presents its TC220IF industrial vacuum cleaner, allowing the suction, filtration, separation and recovery of charged liquids (oils, lubricants, shavings, etc.) . It is perfectly suited to the bar turning, sharpening or general and precision mechanics industries.
Equipped with a 400-volt three-phase side-channel turbine, this vacuum cleaner provides 3 kW of power, a vacuum of 3,200 mmH²O, and a flow rate of 318 m3/h. Its high power allows it to operate continuously on production lines.
It is equipped with a 3D Superweb polypropylene oil mist filter, allowing filtration up to 20µ.
This filter, with a diameter of 500 mm, ensures a high filtration capacity.
The TC220IF provides high recovery capacity thanks to its 220-litre liquid tank. A 40-litre chip collection basket is also installed, ensuring efficient separation of liquids and solids.
Emptying the tank is quick and easy thanks to its flow reversal system, which ensures an unloading speed of 200 liters per minute.
The TC220IF is robust, thanks to its epoxy-coated steel frame. It also features industrial-grade multidirectional wheels, ensuring great mobility.
