Multiple clamping systems with double-sided clamping jaws Fixed jaw ES
Several multiple clamping systems of different lengths can be mounted one behind the other or next to each other. The precision toothing allows very precise positioning of the fixed jaws. Thanks to the lateral graduation of the clamping slides, it is possible to record the position of each fixed jaw in order to be able to adjust it identically in the event of repetition. Stoppers can be mounted on the side threads.
Actuation of the clamping screw in the wedge clamping jaws moves the clamping elements and wedges the workpieces against the fixed jaws. Advantages: Universal and flexible.

It is also possible to clamp large workpieces next to each other on several multiple clamping systems.
Material: Clamping slide and fixed jaw made of tool steel.
Case-hardened steel wedge clamping jaws. Finish: Clamping slide and fixed jaw hardened and ground (HRC 55 ±2).
Hardened wedge clamping jaws, phosphated. Note: Multiple clamping systems can be attached via different interfaces.
1. Lateral clamping edge for clamping flange kit. The clamps can be fixed in any position.
2. Bores for cylindrical head screws according to DIN.
3. Positioning bores Ø25 mm for common zero point clamping systems with 200 mm intervals.
4. Positioning bores Ø16 mm for zero point clamping systems with 96 mm intervals.
5. Three centering grooves with 18H7 for longitudinal and transverse alignment on T-slot tables.
6. Plain holes Ø12F7 and Ø16F7 for modular systems with holes spaced 40 or 50 mm.
