Automatic 2-axis CNC band saw - INDIVIDUAL 520.360 DGA

Description

For straight and angled cuts up to 60° ( left and right ).

Machine mounted on a mechanically welded frame with a working height of 780 mm.

With hydraulic unit and lubricating device with tank and electric pump.

This machine is equipped with:

  • Non-switchable 400 V TRI motor, power 3.0 kW, cutting speeds from 20 to 120 m/min.
  • Hydraulic cylinder ensuring the lowering and raising of the saw arm, with cutting force sensor.
  • Hydraulic clamping vice automatically moving from left to right of the plate thanks to a hydraulic cylinder. The clamping is therefore always perpendicular to the bar.
  • Ribbon rotation stop device at the end of the bar or in the event of a loose bar.
  • Upper stop of the saw arm adjustable from the control panel.
  • 2300 mm long bar feeder with integrated raceway ( optional this bar feeder can be extended up to 6000 mm ).
  • Bar feed clamp ( floating mounted ) sliding on 2 ball bearing slides and driven by motor, speed variator, pinions and rack.
  • Automatic pivoting of the saw head in connection with the bar advance ( pivoting by chain + electric motor, locking in position by hydraulic cylinder ).
  • CNC control panel allowing different lengths to be programmed in the same bar. To each cutting length is attached a number of pieces and 2 pivoting angles of the head and a quantity of pieces.
  • Mobile control desk, allowing different lengths to be programmed on the same bar. To each length is attached a number of pieces. Number of programs 20.
  • Coin counter up to 999.
  • Motorized chip brush.
  • Length of bar ends: 220 mm in straight cut.

Straight 30° bevel cut: Ø 240 mm - 240 x 310 mm - 240 x 240 mm.
