Our business , sheet metal and small plastic boilermaking: a technique used for plastics processing without a mold in small and medium series and which allows, from cut and machined plastic sheets, the production of custom-made plastic cases or coverings without necessarily going through expensive tools.

The machining of the plates is done by CN milling on 3 axes or by laser cutting on thicknesses of 1.5 to 15mm, then follows the hot shaping and before being assembled-welded with tolerances of only a few tenths.

This allows manufacturing of 10 to 2000 sets per launch. Revoluplast thus produces BOXES, COVERS, SUPPORTS, DESKS or TERMINALS in this very reactive and flexible process in the event of modifications.
