Remote Escape Release: Remote release of the safety switch

Pizzato Elettrica's remote leak release which can be added to the NG and NS series guard lock RFID safety switches, is equipped with an innovative safety mechanism which, in the event of cable breakage or detachment, causes immediate shutdown of the machine under safe conditions.

Actuation of the unlocking, like any failure or anomaly, is indicated by a control arrow which is positioned accordingly in front of the corresponding symbol on the device, allowing rapid diagnosis by the user.

A graphic indication of the correct tension range for the drive cable further aids in installation.

The remote escape release can be rotated in 90° steps to choose the cable exit direction best suited to the application on the machine.

The compact housing that houses the leak trigger button is connected to the opposite end of the actuation cable; This box, made up of a robust internal metal structure, offers a dual mounting option:

screwed to the outside of the protector frame and closed by the cover

inside the frame of the protector, on the panel with a standard Ø 22 mm hole, thus leaving only the mushroom head button in sight for activation.

On safety devices of the NS series already equipped with a front or rear release device, the remote escape release can be installed additionally by simply dismantling the upper switch lock. This makes it possible to use existing safety switches without having to buy the entire device.
