NRR 2-52

The functional unit consists of the URB50 user interface and the NRR 2-52 level controller, in combination with a step-by-step 3-point electrically operated control valve. It has integral proportional action (switchable filling/emptying function). The NRR 2-52 regulator processes the signal, proportional to the water level, transmitted by the capacitive measurement of the electrode: voltage for the NRG 2 electrodes or current for the NRGT 26-1 transmitter. These input signals are normalized between 0% and 100% of the measurement range and displayed as real value on the URB50 screen.

In the presence of a deviation from the setpoint value, the NRR2-52 controls the output contacts to the actuator: a pictogram is displayed and signals the opening or closing of the valve. The NRR2-52 corrects itself according to the value of the feedback potentiometer. The regulator signals that the MIN or MAX water level has been reached by turning the level displayed on the URB50 red. The URB50 user interface is intuitive and icon-based programming is easy. The 100% measuring range can be extrapolated from a filling level of 25%. As an option, the NRR2-52 incorporates the functionality of 3-element control: input of steam and feedwater flows.

The "DANGER" icon gives access to the status of the contacts which allows you to simulate the MIN or MAX alarm by pressing the icon of the corresponding contact.
