Non-metallic & composite additive manufacturing
Multistation brings together a wide spectrum of diverse and varied processes and materials in non-metallic 3D printing. From technical polymer materials (ABS, PLA, NYLON, etc.) to high performance polymers (PEEK, PEKK, PET, etc.) via ceramics (Alumina, zirconia) and waxes, non-metallic additive manufacturing covers a wide area of application. Multistation presents various technologies in this field: - FDM with manufacturers such as RAISE3D or CUBICON, FUNMAT or IEMAI3D - SLS (with Wematter) or lost wax printing with SOLIDSCAPE and its revolutionary technology in the field of jewelry. - Creation of custom 3D printing filaments with 3DEVO - ADMATEC ceramic and silicone 3D printing machines from INNOVATIQ COMPOSITE ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING Composite additive manufacturing is a 3D printing process consisting of printing parts in various thermoplastics (ABS, PLA, PEEK, NYLON,…) reinforced with fibers (Carbon or glass). Thus, a composite material part will obtain mechanical properties close to metal parts, but with a considerable weight saving. Multistation's partners providing solutions in composite additive manufacturing are: - INGERSOLL and CEAD: specialized in very large format parts, - AREVO: complex parts in continuous carbon fiber (with PEEK or PA), high strength and lightened. - and ANISOPRINT: specialized in office machines, making composites accessible to everyone.
