Manual crowner-coiler

For the reconditioning, at a fixed station, of wires and flexible cables, from a reel with a maximum weight of around 100kg.
The design of its base, which keeps the center of gravity in the center, ensures great stability.
2 wheels for movement by tilting.

Winder version
It allows winding on all types of commercial reels (plastic, plywood, etc.) with the following dimensions:
- Ø max 750mm
- maximum width: 255mm (if Ø central hole 42mm) or 275mm (if Ø central hole 82mm)
- Mini Ø of the central hole 25mm.
The reel is driven by a crank and by a Ø 15 mm push finger, with an adjustable position on a rack (from 40 to 200 mm from the axis).

Winder + crowner version
It is identical to the version described above and allows, in addition, to make crowns thanks to a removable gavette.
2 models of gavettes to choose from.
The 2 gavettes have an outside diameter of 750 mm.
They are made of galvanized steel.
Light and easy to handle outer flange (in aluminium).
Cable end quick release system.
Openwork gavette to simplify the tying of the crown.
The width is adjustable in 3 positions: 130/180/230 mm.
The drum is made up of 4 blades.
It is the adjustment of the barrel diameter that distinguishes the 2 gavettes.

ADJUSTABLE Gavette
The diameter of the barrel is adjustable by screwing (2 screws on each of the 4 blades), on 7 positions: 190/240/290/340/390/440/490 mm.

QUICK ADJUST Gavel
Each blade is equipped with an indexable finger which allows:
- tool-free adjustment of the inside diameter in 4 positions: 330/440/560/670 mm
- very easy extraction (“removal”) of the crown.

Quantity surveyor on trancannage bench
With an effortless back-and-forth movement, it allows the cable turns to be properly arranged next to each other
A choice :
- M3 meter for cable Ø max 22mm
- measuring machine M35 metal wheel or synthetic wheel

Integrated unwinder option
- For spools max weight 30kg and max Ø 600mm, max width 530mm
- Shaft Ø 20mm
- With guide roller in front of the meter

Cable cutter option
- Cutting Ø: 25mm
- Attached by a chain
