Cantilever axis with drive by knock finger. The reel is unloaded by disengaging the machine.

The locking of the reel on the axis is done very quickly thanks to the Easy-Lock® system.

Gavette for making wreaths
The gavette, removable, is quickly mounted in place of the reel.
2 models of gavettes to choose from.
The 2 gavettes have an outside diameter of 750 mm.
They are made of galvanized steel.
Light and easy to handle outer flange (in aluminium).
Cable end quick release system.
Openwork gavette to simplify the tying of the crown.
The width is adjustable in 3 positions: 130/180/230 mm.
The drum is made up of 4 blades.
It is the adjustment of the barrel diameter that distinguishes the 2 gavettes.

ADJUSTABLE Gavette
The barrel diameter is adjustable by screwing (2 screws on each of the 4 blades), in 7 positions: 190/240/290/340/390/440/490 mm.

QUICK ADJUST Gavel
Each blade is equipped with an indexable finger which allows:
- tool-free adjustment of the inside diameter in 4 positions: 330/440/560/670 mm
- very easy extraction (“removal”) of the crown.

Movable machinery
To be able to work in front of a reel rack.
2 fixed wheels with brake, parallel to the rack, and 2 swivel wheels.
With its large maneuvering bar at the rear, the ECO-COCCI is very easy to handle.
In addition, sheaths are provided for forklift forks.

Quantity surveyor on trancannage bench
M50 measuring device for cable max. diameter 50 mm, with 50cm development measuring wheel in polyurethane, and encoder.
A handle locks the measuring wheel in the high position to facilitate the introduction of the cable.
The electronic counter is double programmed: slowing down, then stopping at the chosen length.
The measuring device, equipped with 4 guide rollers at the front and at the rear, is mobile on a shearing bench, so as to properly arrange the turns of cables next to each other.

Touch screen
All machine functions are controlled from the touch screen, which is intuitive and easy to use.
4.3'' screen (129x103 mm), IP65 front panel.
Administrator mode and user mode.

The ECO-COCCI machine exists in 2 versions:

MANUAL SLICING version
Thanks to the handle placed on the measuring device, the operator manually performs the to-and-fro movement.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC SLICING version
The measuring device carriage is motorized. The speed of the carriage is slaved to the winding and refined by potentiometer.
Comfort option (presence of the operator essential).
