Levfix

Range of epoxy painted steel stackers with manual movement and manual or electric lifting, designed to guarantee ergonomics and safety of use for professionals. Available with a capacity of 300 or 600 kg and with several versions of side members: standard, frame and pallet pass. Functional and modular, they can be combined with a wide range of accessories for drums, containers, reels, etc.

Performance

• Robust construction suitable for intensive use.
• Manual model: 2 lifting speeds, jack operated by foot pedal.
• 300 kg semi-electric model: 2 x 12 V 22 Ah battery, autonomy of 12 hours with 10 cycles/h for a load of 300 kg for use between 10 and 20°, charging time of 4 hours for 80% and 8 hours for 100%.
• 600 kg semi-electric model: 2 x 12 V 22 Ah AGM battery, autonomy of 6 hours with 10 cycles/h for a load of 600 kg for use between 10 and 20°, charging time of 4 hours for 80% and 8 hours for 100%.

Versatility

• Kit for quick accessory change for the 300 kg model.
• Possibility of transformation from a manual model to an electric one (and vice versa) subject to a factory return and an update of the technical file.

Security

• Rear wheels equipped with foot protection and brake.
• Device preventing the stacker from overturning in the event of an obstacle on the descent path.
• Compliant with machine directive 2006/42/EC and ISO 3691-5 standard.

Maintenance and warranty

• 3-year warranty excluding wear parts.
• Maintenance contract on request: service provided by our teams. Subscription possible for new or already in service Manuvit equipment.
