For concrete and stone - Autonomous tilting lifter for laying Vosges sandstone facade slabs

Vosges sandstone has the particularity of being fragile and porous. For this installation on the facade of the building, the use of an independent vacuum lifter was essential. The latter is therefore equipped with a generator, so as to permanently compensate for leaks linked to the porosity of the stone. An on-board inverter ensures the continuity of the electrical supply, even in the event of a stoppage of the generating set, in order to ensure the permanent operation of the vacuum pump in all circumstances. A tilting, operated by an electric cylinder, as well as a motorized translation of the attachment ring have been integrated in order to ensure the balance of the lifter in horizontal and vertical position. To allow installation in covered passageways, the vacuum lifter has been combined with a mechanical lifter with motorized counterweight. Can't find the model you're looking for?
