For concrete and stone - Vacuum lifter for laying UHPFRC

Lay large-size slabs of Ultra-High Performance Fiber Concrete while preserving the aesthetics of the surfaces , and reproduce extremely faithfully the texture and shape of the mould. This material thus allows the production of thin parts but of very large dimensions, with relatively high weights. In order to preserve their surface condition, the implementation of UHPC parts generally requires the use of vacuum lifters, and AXITEC supports its customers in defining the need to then design the equipment adapted to their installation constraints. Thus, in this example, AXITEC has designed an autonomous site device (on-board generator) equipped with 4 large suction cups, allowing the laying of slabs up to 4.6 tonnes and whose dimensions can reach 9 meters in length. For great versatility, the 4 suction cups are both adjustable and orientable to adapt to both narrow and long strips and square or rectangular pieces. Can't find the model you're looking for?
