ES-FLOW: Ultrasonic flow meter for small liquid flow rates

The ES-FLOW ultrasonic flowmeter can measure minute flow rates from 2 ml/min (depending on model) and up to 1500 ml/min (90 l/h) with great precision. Thanks to its universal calibration, no additional calibration is required for the implementation of different liquids.

The flowmeter is robust, the parts in contact with the liquid are made of stainless steel and its degree of protection is IP67.

A TFT screen allows the reading of the measurements and the operation of the instrument which controls the flow rates of the processes on site and in real time. The integrated PID control card can be used to control a control valve or a dosing pump. Unlike other measuring principles, the ES-FLOW can be installed in any position without support.

ES-FLOW MkII

Here are the main highlights of the ES-FLOW MkII version:

• 3-A hygiene standards: The ES-103I MkII flowmeter with Tri-Clamp flanges is 3-A compliant, it meets the highest hygiene standards. The flowmeter composed of orbital welds with sanitary flanges is cleanable by CIP or by SIP
• Hygienic flow regulator: the ES-FLOW flow meter can be offered with a GEMÜ 650 pneumatic diaphragm valve. It then constitutes an excellent hygienic flow regulator for a wide range of applications in the food and pharmaceutical sector. The GEMÜ valve is also 3-A approved.
• EC regulations n° 1935/2004 and n° 2023/2006 (materials in contact with foodstuffs)
• High accuracy and wide flow range
• Fieldbus options: CANopen®, DeviceNet™, EtherCAT®, PROFIBUS DP, PROFINET, Modbus RTU, ASCII or TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, POWERLINK or FLOW-BUS
