IEMCA Maestro 80 OAB bar feeder

The MAESTRO® 80 no limits is an automatic bar feeder intended for bars from 10 to 80 mm for fixed headstock lathes, ideal for companies looking for high performance and great flexibility.

A new IEMCA patent has been filed. ABACOS® (Adaptive Bar Control System), a system of self-adjusting rings which surround the bar during machining, allowing simultaneously to guide the bar, reduce vibrations thanks to a pneumatic system, and tighten the bar pusher, all without change bar guide.
