New range of rotating tool holders dedicated to Biglia machine tools

The strong points :

- rigidity thanks to the one-piece body

- ergonomics with a new key that allows you to tighten / loosen the nut with one hand

- a mechanical sealing ring protects the chuck of the tool holder and thus limits the transmission of temperature of the latter during machining.

In addition, the range is equipped with the patented UNI CHANGE system which provides significant time savings when changing series, a lot of comfort and flexibility for the operator. Indeed, the latter no longer needs to disassemble the tool holder from the turret, he only needs to change the head of the tool holder. UNI CHANGE adapts simply and quickly to all tool holders equipped with an ER DIN 6499 bonnet.

Note that the warranty is 2 years and that maintenance is provided by Bucci Industries France , internally in Cluses.
