Construction site hose reels - QUAD range

The site reels of the QUAD range are used to unwind the coils of wires or cables.

They are equipped with our patented bungee spool.
With models equipped with several coils, several wires can be pulled at the same time to pass them through a sheath.
This usually tedious task is done effortlessly.

QUAD hose reels are designed to be easily transported on construction sites (transport handle or wheels, depending on the model).

The frames are of very robust construction, in epoxy powder coated steel: they do not break and are very long-lasting.
Their tubular design nevertheless remains light, so as not to add too much weight to the weight of the electrical wire.

- 1 crown: UNIQUAD 300 or UNIQUAD 400
- 3 sprockets: MINOQUAD
- 4 sprockets: QUAD
- 6 sprockets: MAXIQUAD
- 9 sprockets: NOVOQUAD

Equipped with SANDOWS REELS, to transform a crown into a reel

Unrolling a crown is not easy:

• - either we leave it in its box or its blister, we unroll by the inner end and the wire is completely twisted (in "pigtail")
• - or you take it out of its packaging, and it quickly becomes a bag of knots.

Our patented bungee spool solves the problem.

The spool opens and the installation of the crown is very fast: it is not necessary to unwind and rewind.

The 2 cheeks of the reel are connected by 3 elastic bands, each of which has 3 anchor points.
Hence a perfect maintenance of the crown, in internal diameter and in width. The coil is thus well balanced.

To choose among the 3 models (300 mm, 400 mm and 600 mm), it is necessary to take into account the external diameter of the crown and its width (maximum spacing of the cheeks)

The 300 mm diameter bungee reels are fitted to the QUAD reels. They are also sold alone.
