Air conditioning units
The vertical air handling unit is HVAC equipment designed and manufactured to regulate the temperature, hygrometry, and air renewal of a building, a boat or a technical room. The units are divided into three specific compartments: air section / refrigerated section / electrical section.

FRAME / PANELS
A resistant aluminum coating, a double-walled panel with thermal and acoustic insulation (25mm), constitute the framework of our power stations. Installation and maintenance access is carried out using hinges and handles. The central unit can be connected to a duct network if necessary .
EVAPORATOR
The batteries are manufactured with copper tubes and aluminum fins (2.5mm gap). They are available as an option with a wide choice of materials (copper fins, etc.), geometries and dimensions. A specific coating (Blygold/Heresite) can be applied to the resistors to increase the lifespan of the equipment.
FANS
The plants are equipped with direct-coupled centrifugal fans. The fans are made of galvanized steel parts and have a shaft and ball bearings to avoid any specific types of lubricant. IP54 degree of protection for the motors, with the option of regulating the ventilation speed using a frequency variator.
REFRIGERATED SECTION
A specific compartment of the plant is dedicated to cold production. This compartment is equipped with a compressor, all the instrumentation and accessories necessary for cold production (pressure switches, pressure gauges, filter-driers, indicator lights, etc.)
REGULATION
The electrical compartment is responsible for powering the central unit and regulating its power. The motors and equipment are connected to the electrical cabinet to avoid an interface during installation on site. As an option, the air conditioning unit can be managed by a PLC, using a touch screen to allow monitoring and adjustment of parameters.
