Air Handling Units
The Air Handling Unit is HVAC equipment designed and manufactured to regulate the temperature, hygrometry and air renewal of a structure, a boat, a technical room, thanks to fan blowing of treated air.

FRAME / PANELS
A resistant aluminum coating, a double- walled panel with thermal and acoustic insulation (25mm). Simplified installation and maintenance access thanks to hinges and handles.
SERPENTINE
The battery is made with copper tubes and aluminum fins (2.5mm gap). This range of coils includes hot water coils, chilled water coils and direct expansion coils. They are available as an option with a wide choice of materials (copper fins, etc.), geometries and dimensions . A specific coating (Blygold/Heresite) can be applied to the resistors to increase the lifespan of the equipment.
CONDENSATE COLLECTION TRAY
The units are equipped with a recovery tank and a siphon to drain the water produced by the cooling coil.
FAN MOTOR
The AHUs are equipped with a centrifugal fan ( direct coupling or belt pulley coupling), to maintain the pressure necessary for air distribution through the duct network. The fans are made of galvanized steel and have a ball bearing shaft to avoid any specific types of lubricant. IP55 class fan motor protection, with optional frequency variator to regulate speed.
TEST
Operating pressure: 21 bar. Each exchanger undergoes a dry nitrogen leak test. The equipment is preserved under nitrogen before commissioning
