BOSCHERT Multipunch hydraulic punching machine

Description

With more than 60 years of experience in the design of punching machines, Boschert has developed the MULTIPUNCH and completes its offer which will make it possible to machine entire sheets with the minimum of tool changes.

The MULTIPUNCH has 8 automatically changing stations using the Trumpf tooling system. The MULTIPUNCH can be combined with the REVOTOOL folding system and therefore have up to 64 tools in the machine. And the Multipunch 4020 (for super format 4000x2000 sheets) has 12 slots, giving the possibility of having up to 96 tools.

BOSCHERT has developed a flexible solution for working with different types of sheet metal.

The repositioning of the sheet, with 2 sheet clamps, makes it possible to machine the entire sheet without loss of material. The combination with a very fast tool changer makes it possible to achieve high productivity, thanks to an optimized machine load.
