BOSCHERT has designed a compact laser cutting machine with many practical advantages.

The BOSCHERT FiberLaser cutting table available in the 2 versions 3015 and 4020 with a working surface of 1500 x 3000 mm respectively 2000 x 4000 mm.

It is possible to equip it with a fiber laser source of power 1 kW, 2 kW or 3 kW .

The main feature of this concept is particularly free access to the working area for loading/unloading sheets.

The precision of the cutting system and the gripper grip concept makes it possible to work on "offcuts" of 500x50mm sheet metal. This greatly reduces material scrap.

The sheet is clamped by a system of clamps (up to 4) on bearing guidance. The assembly is driven by a gear system along the X axis.

Depending on the need for a complete sheet or a rest of sheet, it is possible to program the quantity of grippers and the position on the CN.

The access door to the torch (for example for changing consumables) is on the operator side. This once again increases productivity and reduces downtime.

The laser head is movable in Y and linearly guided and driven by a precision ball screw. This gives it fast and precise positioning.
