Linear axis with toothed belt drive and profile rail guide

Material: Basic body in extruded aluminium. Housings and carriage in aluminium. Profile guide rail and steel guide carriage. Polyurethane toothed belt with steel reinforcement. Version: Natural anodized basic body. Black anodized housings and carriage. Hardened and ground guide rail tracks. The basic body is made of extruded aluminum and incorporates a profile rail guide. The ball rail guide is extremely precise and has large and constant base loads in all directions, it has low wear and offers optimal operation when moving heavy loads. The aluminum profile has grooves on its outer faces that are fully compatible with our standard profiles and their accessories. Proximity switches can be positioned and fixed in the upper T-slot. The aluminum profile is fully compatible with our standard I-series profiles. The toothed belt with steel reinforcement allows high power transmission with alternating loads, while offering good positioning accuracy, reduced wear and noise emission weak. The toothed belt is inserted into guide grooves on the upper side of the aluminum profile, thus offering dust protection to the internal guide elements. Thanks to its symmetrical structure, the linear axis allows the mounting of motors and drives on the four ends of the bearing housings. The free ends of unused pins on the bearing housing can be closed using the optional 20300 blanking plug. On the upper side of the carriage, there is an additional centering point at each tapped hole. In combination with our centering sleeves 20240, further connecting elements can be precisely mounted on the carriage.
