ARROSAVARIACOR®

MID VARIACOR, markets a modular hose system for watering on machine tools. Made up of innovative fittings, this equipment makes it easy and quick to create irrigation installations and to effectively adjust the positioning of the jet. Entirely modular, installation is simple, requires no special tools, no welding or gluing to be carried out or the call for a specialist pipe fitter. These heavy-duty components ensure rigid installation even over large spans. The service pressure can go up to 50 bar and the flow rate is guaranteed whatever the orientation of the jet, pressure drops are reduced. The positioning of the coolant jet is then insensitive to the ejection of chips, to the increasingly high pressures of the current pumps or to the accelerations of displacement of the axes. Many accessories are available such as telescopic extension or interface allowing the use of traditional plastic nozzles. Available in three sizes through ready-to-use kits.

It has the rigidity advantage of annealed copper pipe and the ease of installation and use of plastic systems.

This ArrosaVariacor® system is therefore ideal for mass production machines, such as multi-spindle lathes, machining and drilling centers, cylindrical or deep pass grinders, transfer machines.
