Product Type : Acid pickling gel for stainless steel and aluminum
Application : By spraying (homogeneous application on vertical or complex surfaces)
Appearance : Thixotropic gel (high adhesion, does not flow)
Coverage : Approximately 4 to 6 m²/kg , depending on the surface condition and the thickness applied
Action time : Minimum 50 minutes , variable depending on the temperature and the grade of stainless steel
Rinsing : Cold water under high pressure (≥ 120 bars) required after treatment
Quality control : Mandatory pH test at the end of rinsing (pH value > 6 recommended)
Reduced Emissions : Up to 70-80% less nitrous fumes
Compatibility : Stainless steel, aluminum – Do not use on sensitive surfaces without prior testing

⚠️ Recommendations for use
Shake well before use to homogenize the gel
Read the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) carefully before use
Mandatory wearing of PPE : gloves, goggles, mask, coveralls
Do not use on polished or brushed surfaces without testing: risk of deterioration
In the case of stripping polished stainless steel, provide decontamination and passivation after treatment.
