Safety maintenance contract

One or more visits per year depending on the intensity of use of the winding machine.

The MAINTENANCE service
- our technician diagnoses the condition of the machine
- he checks the operation and accuracy of the measuring device
- he ensures that normal maintenance is carried out
- he replaces the parts and carries out the necessary repairs, after agreement on their price
- he carries out mechanical and electrical checks, as well as various lubrications.

The SAFETY service
- Our technician verifies the existence and proper functioning of the machine's safety systems
- he reminds staff of the instructions for safe use and trains new users (users sign a training certificate)
- the safety of the machine being closely linked to that of the reel rack, he carries out a visual inspection of the latter.

Our technician has in his vehicle all the spare parts usually necessary.
A full report is submitted at the end of the visit on the condition and safety of the equipment.
