Discover the DGVL125ACD, an industrial vacuum cleaner designed to vacuum combustible dust and waste in non-ATEX classified areas where the presence of combustible or toxic dust in small quantities remains a concern.
It is ideal for use in the wood, construction, food and aeronautics industries.
It is equipped with a 12.5 kW three-phase side channel turbine, suitable for continuous use. The powerful DGVL125ACD provides a vacuum of 4,500 mmH²O and an air flow of 750 m3/h.
This vacuum cleaner is equipped with a dual filtration system. The primary filter is an M1µ class antistatic polyester bag filter, providing a filtering surface area of 70,000 cm².
The second is an absolute HEPA H14 filter, providing a filtering surface area of 52,000 cm². It ensures an efficiency of 99.995% on particles down to 0.18µ.
The DGVL125ACD is equipped with a semi-automatic cleaning system, using a pneumatic cylinder. This system aims to thoroughly clean the filters, thus ensuring consistent suction performance and preserving the life of the filter media.
It is equipped with a removable 160-litre recovery tank mounted on casters. Emptying operations are therefore made easier for operators.
Robust and mobile, it has an epoxy-painted steel structure, multi-directional industrial-grade wheels and forklift sockets, making it easy to move.
