R+W - A client restarts its automobile production ?

Following the failure of a coupling, a major automotive factory in France was forced to interrupt part of its production. Since the damaged part was essential to the proper functioning of the facility, it became urgent to find a reliable and rapid solution.

Our teams immediately mobilized to begin manufacturing a custom bellows coupling.

As soon as manufacturing was completed, the customer opted for delivery by dedicated taxi, in order to reduce delivery times as much as possible.

Result: the part traveled several hundred kilometers in less than 5 hours, allowing rapid return to service of the installations and limiting losses linked to the shutdown of the line.
