Novium wins €30 million contract with Grand Paris Express

In Saint-Vallier (Saône-et-Loire), Novium, an SME specializing in railway machinery, is inaugurating a new unit in the former Konecranes brownfield site, dedicated to the manufacture of 60 modules for lines 15, 16, and 17 of the Grand Paris Express. This €30 million contract, one of the largest in its history, ensures industrial visibility until 2028. These modules integrate cranes, mechanically welded frames, electrical cabinets, and cabins, essential for the maintenance of the future metro. This installation breathes new life into an industrial site closed in 2020 and illustrates Novium's ability to combine relocation, railway innovation, and territorial dynamism.
