Our clamping systems help to securely and repeatedly fix the workpieces to be measured with the lowest possible clamping force. norelem deliberately deviates from clamping technology here and refers "only" to clamping systems, as significantly lower forces are required to set up complex systems. Our standardized modules enable rapid retrofitting for constantly changing measuring tasks, particularly in marking, laser and dosing technology, handling, and the food industry.

norelem offers various solutions for the most common measuring technologies: Fixtures for tactile measurement of workpieces on coordinate measuring machines, for optical measuring processes as well as for surface and contour measurement, for other processes on request.

norelem offers a wide selection of combinable standard modules, including base supports, mounting modules, handling units, and clamping elements. Thanks to their uniform interface, they can be precisely clamped and repeatedly assembled to create new devices over and over again – a cost-effective and resource-efficient solution. They also enable all measuring points to be reached in a single clamping operation.

Easy to assemble, disassemble and reuse

You can also order clamping component kits for coordinate measuring machines, surface and contour measurement, and optical measuring processes. These kits consist of a predefined selection of products and systematically include basic elements, mounting elements, and clamping elements. This makes it easy to install and remove simple or complex clamping and measuring devices, and allows workpieces to be clamped quickly. These wear-resistant and maintenance-free components can be adapted to constantly new measuring tasks and thus reused – without recalibration. Our new quick-change pallet system also allows for equipment outside the optical measuring machine.
