norelem servomotors perform precision movements in areas such as handling and automation. When it comes to actuators, norelem offers a wide range of servomotors that reliably convert incoming movement commands into mechanical movements.

Actuators are complete mechatronic systems consisting of a battery-free multi-turn encoder, a gearbox, a motor, and an integrated power and control electronics system. Servomotors are intelligent control units that convert received movement commands into mechanical movements.

18 different versions

norelem servomotors (part number 85000-50) are mounted on one end of the machine shaft or on a shaft or spindle. To prevent them from rotating with the machine shaft, norelem has developed a mounting kit (85000-51) consisting of a torque take-up arm and a mounting adapter. There are a total of 18 actuator versions for shafts of different diameters, for different communication protocols, in aluminum and stainless steel versions.

norelem specializes in standardized parts and components and has therefore developed servomotors specifically for its linear units. These actuators fit the 29105 linear unit, the 21250 double-tube linear unit with trapezoidal screw drive, the 21250-01 double-tube linear unit with mounting plate, and the new 29104 aluminum square linear unit.

Also available for the new linear unit

The newly launched 29104 square aluminum linear unit combines high rigidity, low flex, high mechanical strength, and easy handling. It uses a spindle to convert rotary motion into linear positioning motion. It is available in three sizes, is universal, and economical. Its special feature is that the groove in the guide profile is covered with a steel strip, which protects the spindle and guide nut from dirt.
