Innovative clamping technology for the most stringent requirements - norelem's offering now includes new toggle clamps for the most demanding applications
norelem is expanding its range of toggle clamps for demanding applications in metalworking and woodworking, as well as in machine construction. The new clamping elements impress with their robust construction, flexibility, and high clamping forces of up to 33,350 N. norelem toggle clamps are ideal for precise and reliable clamping and holding processes in production. They are used, for example, to secure workpieces during metalworking processes such as grinding, milling, or welding. In furniture manufacturing, they are used to hold wooden workpieces for sawing and planing. They are also ideal for the electronics industry, for the assembly and mounting of printed circuit boards, electronic components, and devices.
Robust, versatile and adaptable
Whether for welding, milling, or surface milling, norelem toggle clamps impress with their high strength and reliability. They operate on the basis of a push rod that is actuated by means of a toggle joint. This movement generates the necessary clamping force to hold the workpiece securely. Most toggle clamps can be used both by pushing and pulling, as they lock in the closed and open positions. This flexibility allows the clamps to be adapted to different clamping tasks.
With 10 new families (05837-10 to 05837-28), norelem is expanding its range of toggle clamps with forces ranging from 500 N to 33,350 N, thus offering a clamping technology suitable for every application and optimally complementing existing versions. These elements are made of galvanized steel or A2 stainless steel; the stainless steel variants therefore do not corrode. The toggle clamps are durable and feature oil-resistant plastic handles.
Wide variety of applications - easy integration
The new toggle clamp variants are ideal for quickly and safely clamping and unclamping workpieces. In addition to miniature and standard toggle clamps made of steel or stainless steel, toggle clamps with clamping forces of up to 3,150 N, and steel variants with a clamping force of up to 6,675 N, norelem also offers a swivel version with a clamping force of up to 2,000 N. In addition, horizontal, weldable, and heavy-duty designs are available. All models can be mounted by bolting or welding, for flexible integration into existing systems.
