The URETEK® innovation makes it possible to remedy the problems of water infiltration on solid and buried structures such as poured concrete or poured concrete walls, by creating a waterproofing barrier behind the veil against the ground and thereby putting an end to seepage problems.

A quick application

The URETEK® intervention is carried out non-invasively on site. Without any demolition or excavation, it therefore generates little nuisance and requires no moving . In the majority of cases, site activity can continue during the intervention. Quick to apply, this solution can treat up to 30m2 per day.

An immediate result

The combined use of expanding resin and saturating gel offers a visible result in real time during injections on the affected area. The immediate cessation of infiltration attests to the effectiveness of the treatment applied. The result is without any drying time and has the advantage of not asking for any additional costs in renovation, for example.

A 2-step intervention

The intervention takes place in two injection phases. The first with URETEK® expanding resin to fill voids and macro-voids and confine the treatment area. Then comes the injection of a saturating gel to fill the smaller voids and complete the filling of the area confined by the resin at the back of the work.

This double action creates a thick waterproofing barrier at the back of the veil against the ground and puts a definitive end to the problems of infiltration.
