WATER JET CUTTING MACHINE - MD JET

The MD JET PHENIX TECHNOLOGIE water jet cutting machine is a compact table of the flying arm type, with a cast iron frame that does not undergo any deformation. With lasting precision, it combines quality and long life. A manufacture specially designed to minimize its wear due to the hostile environment of hydro abrasive cutting. With digital control.

The MD JET cutting system has a cantilever frame (flying arm to facilitate loading from 3 sides of the machine) molded in the foundry which can be equipped with 1 to 2 very high performance pneumatic cutting heads.

The X, Y and Z axes have ball screw transmission, ball bearing guide and prismatic linear rails mounted on the chassis previously rectified at the machining center, as well as Brushless motors with incorporated incremental encoder, abrasive protection and automatic lubrication.

The MD JET's thoughtful design and use of premium components helps minimize machine wear and tear from the harsh environment of hydro-abrasive cutting, giving you long-lasting precision and achieving low machine operating cost.
