Machining
Description
We have a large fleet of CNC lathes equipped with a robot for automatic loading of parts onto the machine. We have a capacity to work up to a diameter of 300 mm. We machine from hot forged parts by us, saw cuts, or raw parts supplied by the customer.
We cover both short and medium series, as well as long series in the automotive and other sectors.
Technical details
We have turning and machining centers, with multiple motorized turrets with several CNC axes, which allow us to carry out with great precision any type of secondary machining operations, such as milling, drilling, boring, threads, etc. in order to complete the machining of the part on a single machine, despite its complexity.
