Suction cup for gripping eggs ECX36

Piab's new ECX36 egg suction cup, with its stable design and multi-stage actuation, allows easy control of product release. It therefore significantly reduces the risk of damaging the eggs during the process, thus enabling high-speed applications in egg handling.

With the low vacuum required for operation, energy is saved – an increasing imperative to reduce costs and ensure environmentally friendly production. With this firm, yet gentle and secure gripping process, the risk of cracking the eggs is decreased during the handling process. This reduces the need for cleaning and therefore machine downtime.

If, however, cleaning of the egg sucker is necessary, it can easily be carried out in situ. In addition, the ECX36 is long-term resistant to detergents and ultrasonic cleaning, as well as being FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, EU 1935/2004 and EU 2023/2006 compliant.
