Stair steps

JK Technic stair treads are made of pressed grating, electro-forged, safety grids or polyester, with non-slip nose and side cheeks or support with standard drilling or made to measure according to your needs.

The non-slip nose is welded to the cheek and to the first load-bearing bar, thus allowing the rigidity of the step. The mesh as well as the height of the load-bearing bars are defined according to the effective width of the step and the load to be taken up (number of passages).
In the case of surfaces that can be slippery, the BP as well as the BI of the pressed steps and the BP of the electro-forged steps can be notched for maximum anti-slip safety.

The manufacturing process for pressed and electro-forged steps is identical to that for gratings.

Depending on the safety constraints related to the environment, JK Technic also offers polyester stair treads.
