Thanks to its micro and nano porous mesh, on a layer of non-toxic adsorbent polymer, this filter permanently inactivates bacteria, viruses and protein particles.

It is 90% effective on allergens, 99.9999% on bacteria and 99.999% on viruses.

Adjustment of the flow to be implemented

The SPIRABILIS has been designed with an adjustable flow rate of 200 to 900 m3/h in order to adapt the Purifier to the different situations in which it is installed.

The higher the flow, the more efficient the device.

This makes it possible to adapt it to the size of the room, to the number of people present or passing through, in short to the estimated level of danger as well as to the use of the place.

For example, a room of 25 m2 with a ceiling height of 2.5 m measures approximately 60 m3. In this room, the SPIRABILIS set at 600 m3/h purifies the air in the room every 6 minutes. The viral load drops faster.

But this may not be necessary in an office where a single person works.

In addition, acoustic comfort is important depending on the use of the place. (for example a bedroom)

It can also adapt to the rhythm of the users of the place, for example putting it at maximum power for a few minutes every hour, during the break or before and after receiving the public.

Replacement of air filters

The air filters fitted to the SPIRABILIS will be loaded with aerosols as the purifier operates.

They will therefore clog more or less quickly depending on the environment.

Keeping the filters in good condition is essential for the proper functioning of the device.

They must be replaced by a competent technician with the device switched off.

We recommend 2 replacements/year for the ECOPACK 50% ePM1 - F7- Nanotechnology Synthetic media and 1 replacement/year for the GPM – H13 ABV Allergen Filter. Biocide. Virucidal.

Opinion on the use of mobile air purification units as part of controlling the spread of SARS-CoV-2 in enclosed spaces.

• Control of aeration and ventilation conditions by supplying fresh air.
• Use of CO2 sensors to adapt the number of people and the supply of fresh air.
• If the air renewal is adequate, the use of air purifiers is not necessary.
• If the use of an air purifier appears necessary
• Realization of a preliminary technical study showing their potential positive impacts.
• Purifiers must be equipped with H13 or H14 filters.
• Installation carried out by a qualified person.
• The number of purifiers must be calculated to enable the volume of the room to be treated to be filtered at least 5 times per hour .
