ROLLERI VARIO - VARIABLE VES DIE

The Rolleri Vario is a patented variable "V" matrix system.

With this solution, we can install a single tool on the press brake bed and vary the die openings via the CNC or via a manual system.

The main features of the Rolleri Vario are:

- ease of use;

- capacity of 2500 kN/m or 3000 kN/m depending on the model;

- angle of the V of the die which is 60° to better manage the elastic returns of the sheet;

- modularity in length.

A unique feature of Rolleri Vario is that the individual units can also be separated from each other, thus obtaining many different "V"s on the same press brake for bending with multi-shift work.

Each system can be controlled manually, with an independent control unit, or connected to the press brake CNC.

Rolleri Vario is a synthesis of technology, practicality, safety and economy: average setting times are reduced by 85%, the operator no longer moves bulky and heavy tools, the investment is much lower than the sum of the costs of individual matrices.
